Hey I found your pumpkin cookie recipe! And the funny thing is that I'm pretty sure I've made these before I started my blog, and they were absolutely delicious! I wanted to try them with cinnamon chips in place of the chocolate chips, too. It was great meeting you at the festival :)

Hi Ellen and Tao!!! I've been waiting for you guys to post this. I was eager to see pics of your recipe process. I've been plotting many a pumpkin recipes in the days leading up to Thanksgiving. I was looking at your pics and thought to myself, that's so crazy!!! Those were the exact cookies that I ate! I got a kick out of that. They were absolutely delicious by the way. Definitely planning to replicate them and I'll be sure to post about it and mention you two.
So great meeting you!!
