Thanks, thats quite useful to know! I admit I’m a bit useless in the kitchen, but I’m trying my best to learn. Admitting iis the first step right!? I promised to cook a whole meal for my wife this weekend for the first time – very exciting! I found some simple recipes at this site, seems to be designed exactly with people like me in mind, which is fantastic! yup. just swap it out for corn starch. leftovers are always awesome!! make sure to make more eggs!

if i want to be unhealthy and use corn starch, would i use the same amount? i’m definitely making this….and perhaps doubling the recipe! then i can freeze some and defrost for a quick and tasty meal
